Make a Difference Mondays

Sweet Home Students are involved in after-school service and campus improvement projects once a month on the same day as PTO meetings. Students meet in Room 15 at 3:15 p.m. for snacks and then proceed to the computer lab where they work on articles for the Cougar Newsletter and prioritize campus and other service projects. 

Homeroom teachers nominate students who are:

• eligible to participate
• work well independently
• and have demonstrated a true commitment to making their campus and community a better place.

In addition to keeping the community informed about events at school, students have organized a recyling center and are working on health and wellness programs to be shared with community groups.
