Students who are reading below grade level, had numerical grades of 79 and below in math or reading on their report cards, or did not perform satisfactorily on the TAKS (Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills) or the ITBS (Iowa Test of Basic Skills) may be eligible for the Summer Program of Learning at Sweet Home.

Certified teachers who are currently working on our campus teach the summer enrichment program from 8 to 11 Monday through Thursday. 

Groups consist of a certified teacher and 3 to 5 students in each group. A snack is provided at mid-morning, and transportation is provided for students living in the Sweet Home ISD.

On the last day of the summer program, the teachers have a water day at school to celebrate the completion of the summer program.
