PRE—K LICENSING STANDARDS

If the District contracts with a private entity to operate a prekindergarten program, the program shall comply at a minimum with the applicable child-care licensing standards adopted by the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services under Human Resources Code 42.042.
